1 1/2 cup brown rice flour 1 cup oat flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup Nummy Tum Tum Pumpkin 3 tablespoons peanut butter (not the natural kind) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixer and beat until a dry dough forms. The dough should be very dry. If it is too dry add water, a tablespoon at a time, until the batter sticks together. Dump it out onto a floured surface and pat into 1/2 inch thick dough. Cut out biscuits and place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes and then remove from oven and flip them over. Place them back in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving. Tip: Pulse rolled oats in a food processor or flour mill attachment for the kitchenaid mixer to make oat flour.
